It’s on the aggressor to calm down before calling, not the CS rep to wear it because they need to be understanding. Regardless of whether the situation is frustrating or not. CS is not a punching bag for peoples anger, their passive aggressiveness or their outright hostility. I for example take it quite personally even if I had nothing to do with the problem. People also respond vastly differently to conflict. You may be willing to shoulder people getting upset with you but at the end of the day you shouldn’t have to. End of the day we’re not going to be able to help you here and your post may have the impact you wanted. But once you are with them for a long term, I guess they change how they treat you.ītw, just so you know, I have two different emails with their services, that's why the customer support couldn't locate my subscription at first, but they didn't even give me a chance to talk and tell them my other email which I'm subscribed with.Įdit2: Another CS, replied to me and apologized, and they helped me to change back my allocated to be as much as the maximum again. I get banned from customer support for 3 days, just because they said "we would never change allocated memory" and I replied with "yes you can, you have done it before"Īpex are definitely over the average price, but the reason I stayed with them at first was their amazing customer support and I never had a complaint about them. I checked my server timings and noticed a noticeable TPS drops, then I checked the allocated memory and found it to be 4GB again! I contacted their customer support and these images are self explanatory: Today, my players report another noticeable lag spike. My server then been running with no issues. I went ahead and requested that they change back my allocated server memory to be fixed, since that what I have signed up for and what I'm willing to pay for. I contacted their support and they informed me that during the month of the incident, Apex decided to make the allocated server memories adaptive, without notifying their customers. But then one day (about a month ago), my players started reporting a noticeable lag spikes, I checked my server and noticed that my server allocated memory changed from what I have paid and subscribed for which is 7GB to 4GB.
